perfect location helpful staff room cleanliness good service
the location was perfect, near many restaurants. major attractions were walkable from the hotel. staff members were very kind and helpful. room cleanliness and daily room service were good.
the soundproofing in my room was not great. i could hear street noise even with the windows closed.

the hotel is close to the colosseum and other historical sites. plenty of restaurants and stores surround the hotel. the piazza vibe contributed positively to the neighborhood with the convenience of exploring local spots.

central location helpful staff quality toiletries
The location was a real highlight. The staff were very helpful. Gabriela provided useful recommendations and directions. I also liked that the room had quality toiletries by Rituals.

helpful staff airport taxi perfect location unexpected deposit extra fee credit card surcharge
the staff booked a taxi for me to the airport. it was nice. there were so many bars and restaurants nearby. the location is just perfect and so close
upon arrival, i had to pay a €100 deposit for potential damages. it was unexpected. i got the deposit back after checkout. paying taxes by credit card incurred an extra 3% fee
